Garden Designer

“The garden is a precious treasure, and as such it must be designed with care.”

Not only your home, but also the outdoor space, of whatever size it is, deserves to be designed and built to the fullest, just as you wish. The key elements of our landscaping activity are creativity, functionality and a great respect for both your needs, and the natural environment itself, which we study with sensitivity and attention.

We design green areas that meet your needs and desires, offering you a precious space to live all year round.

Green design for residential use

Already during the design phase we examine every different outdoor area of the buildings, such as driveways, swimming pools, pergolas and verandas, courtyards and greenhouses, winter gardens. With the contribution and expertise of professionals in the sector, collaborators of Estart for some time, we then study the entire management of the garden design project, from planting to optimal lighting, from irrigation to the orientation of the winds to propose the mostcorrect solution.

Everything is based on the customer’s requests, but also takes into account habits and lifestyle, fundamental for us in the design: how much maintenance will the garden require? What colors and types of plants should we focus on? Being able to give an answer as objective, clear and concrete as possible allows us to achieve extraordinary green design results.

Each professional develops the project according to what has been defined, with the utmost attention to the needs and requests of those who will have to live, appreciate and inhabit an outdoor space as pleasant and functional as possible, which is not only aesthetically beautiful to look at, but also simple to manage and able to maintain itself optimally over time.

Biocompatible architecture

Green architecture is part of an approach oriented towards environmental protection, an aspect of great importance today.
These are the elements we use in Estart

  • use of natural materials;
  • configuration of the building, taking into account the layoutof the premises and the location within the environment;
  • energy management;
  • create the real “living environment”.

Winter garden design

The winter garden is a particular and unique space, which allows you to relax all year round, establishing a special relationship with the surrounding landscape
Our architectural firm, in relation to winter gardens, offers a careful and precise design, ranging from the care in the choice of materials, to the different shapes achievable, up to the finishes and colors.

Solar greenhouse design

In this specific sector, it is necessary to know in detail the characteristics of the building envelope and the systems present – information that serves to draw up the EPA – to determine consumption in the absence of a greenhouse.

It is necessary to identify the most appropriate position to build the greenhouse, and the characteristics of the transparent surfaces to determine the reduction of the energy consumption of the building.

For this type of design we rely on the collaboration of several specialized technicians.

Pergola Design

This design is quite complex and challenging, in particular for the regulatory aspect and the definition of the following points:

  • structure: understand whether it will be used for temporary or permanent use;
  • choice of the most suitable type of structure: removable or fixed;
  • volumetry: does the structure involve or not an increase in volume?
    maintenance: ordinary or extraordinary?

Once all these fundamental points have been analyzed, in Estart we accompany you with competence and professionalism to create the most suitable pergola for your building.

Design of verandas

The porch is definitely an optimal solution to gain some livable space and take full advantage of the garden. Before proceeding with the design, the indispensable steps are:

  • define for what purpose the space will be used;
  • establish the conditions of use of the veranda: only in the warm seasons or all year round? In this case, it is necessary to provide a suitable heating system;
  • in what precise position you want to achieve it;
  • understand the style preference: classic or modern?
  • Define and whether the veranda will have a cover or glass.

Design of gardens and courtyards

Garden design is a complex area: it is the details and their care that make the difference. That is why, to design green spaces enhancing them in all their harmony, it is necessary to use specific software, suitable to meet this need. Therefore, after a first draft of support from us, the final design will be entrusted to specialists in the field, of high skills.

This is the process in Estart:

  • carrying out the inspection;
  • preliminary project;
  • final project
  • executive project.
