Civil and industrial design

“At Estart we always work in a constructive synergy.”

Over time we have developed specific skills for architectural design in the industrial and civil sector, guaranteeing excellent final results.
We take care of every single aspector project, from the initial bureaucratic phases to the complete management of the construction sites, up to the delivery in full compliance with agreed times and budgets.

Industrial design

We design well-defined industrial spaces, with a competent management of specific constraints and maximum yield not only for the production functions that the industrial building will have to host, but above all for the safety of the operators. In the case of the industrial sector, in particular, the design aspect goes hand in hand with the administrative and bureaucratic aspect, in full compliance with the many current regulations and specific layouts that must ensure an impeccable operation of the structure.

Civil design

We deal with the design of buildings and civil buildings, such as institutions, administrations, public places, as well as infrastructures of different types.

Our service includes: preliminary analysis and feasibility study, first drawings of the project, cost analysis, punctual surveys, final and executive design, with the presentation of the appropriate documentation to the Municipality of competence
